It is part of their culture to operate so that the patient is at the center of all they do, which allows them to offer new ideas, technology, and processes while maintaining the most significant level of care.

Confidentiality of Patients

Every day patients entrust us with their private information. They hold themselves accountable for protecting this information and providing the highest international information safety and security standards to their patients. All staff receive training and are made aware of all aspects of patient confidentiality.

Staff that contact patients face to face, such as doctors, nurses, pharmacists, and technicians/paramedics, are well aware that building trust with patients takes time and that trust is one of the main foundations on which the healthcare industry thrives.

They have not had any documented cases of patient confidentiality breach over the current reporting period due to their practices.

Ethical marketing

They have marketing ethics standards in place that guide all connected actions and assure compliance with local regulations. They follow these principles while marketing their facilities, solutions, and products to guarantee that their patients and stakeholders receive accurate and timely information to assist them in making health decisions.

Across the facilities, each marketing department identifies actions that require regulatory permission in advance. They then seek approval from the relevant medical specialists, present the necessary documentation, and carry out the campaigns as planned.

Patient Safety & Health

Each CHG hospital has a set of specific KPIs for patient experience and safety, which they report to the appropriate regulatory authorities on a monthly/quarterly basis.
